Uri is a fully qualified electrical engineer with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He holds an MBA, a BEng in Electrical Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer and a qualified Energy Assessor, bringing extensive expertise and leadership to Elektra Smart Energy.

Mike is a time-served electrical engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering, system control, solar PV and EV charger installation. Electrician & Solar PV Apprentice
Adam joined Elektra Smart Energy as an electrician trainee in 2024 and began his formal apprenticeship in 2025. He has worked alongside our electricians and solar PV engineers to support the installation of solar PV systems, EV chargers and general electrical projects.
